Once you have tried their liqueurs, it is easy to see why. Since 1993, they have won over 300 National and International awards for their Liqueurs and Spirits, making them the most awarded Australian distillery in the new Millennium. Over this time, they have maintained a true artisanal approach to their processes, honouring traditional methods of production that have been passed down through generations from the founder’s Russian and Ukrainian family heritage, methods that still remain key to the production processes of the distillery as we know it today. Utilising a range of specialised copper pots and state of the art reflux stills, their production team create a superb range of spirits and tinctures that provide the essence and foundation of their products. Visitors can now go behind the scenes of this working craft distillery and learn first-hand about the various production processes. Distillery tours last approximately one hour and include a welcome Gin and Tonic on arrival (or any spirit and mixer of your choice), a guided tour of the museum, an exclusive walk through the working distillery before finishing with a tasting flight.
