This sweet take on nachos is a great snack or dessert to share with a friend. Double or triple it for a bigger group, or halve it when you want it all to yourself.
2 tbsp sliced almonds 1 apple (such as Gala), sliced about ⅛ inch thick 2 tbsp peanut butter 4 tsp mini chocolate chips 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1. Heat a toaster oven or regular oven to 350°F. Spread the almonds on a sheet of aluminum foil or baking sheet and bake until toasted, about 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, arrange apple slices on a serving plate. Put peanut butter in a small microwave-safe cup and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until pourable. 3. Drizzle the peanut butter over the apple slices, then sprinkle with the chocolate chips, coconut, and sliced almonds.
