Técnicas y procedimientos en escenarios simulados para entrenar
la capacidad de tener todos los cargos de vuelo de los diferentes tripulantes, quienes no estén contemplados no podrán realizar la misión. Se podría realizar el entrenamiento a partir de ejercicios de roles, pero este entrenamiento, fuera de escenarios simulados no tiene el mismo impacto en la apropiación del conocimiento y por ende en las competencias.
