Serves: 12 Ingredients: 4 tomatoes 12 slices of mozzarella cheese 16 leaves of basil 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons italian seasoning
Instructions: 1. First turn your grill on to medium heat or 350 degrees. 2. Next cut your tomatoes in thirds, drizzle your tomatoes with olive oil and season with your italian seasoning. 3. Put your tomatoes on the grill for 3 minutes per side, add the mozzarella cheese and basil for one minute. 4. Let cool and enjoy!
