2. Waste Separation Game Sand beaches are endeared by most children and their guardians. The focus for the first activity was put on ‘Ghajn Tuffieha’ which is one of the most popular sandy beaches on the island. Firstly, a video of the picturesque waves of the beach was screened which was followed by a waste separation activity. The participants who put the various litter in the right bin, were provided with dices which gave them a pass to take part in a life size game of snakes and ladders. The activity’s goal was to incentivise children to perform well in the activity in order to bring awareness of how invaluable their input is in safeguarding the environment.
