RECORD-BREAKING INTUMESCENT PAINTS The intumescent paints of the Firefighter line by Verinlegno minimize the reaction to fire of the wooden support on which they are applied, making the environment in which they are used (home, restaurant, theater etc.) safer. And they do it by giving softness, shine or an adequate degree of opacity to enhance all its beauty. The Firefighter line is certified in Italian "Class 1", according to the UNI 9796 standard; in Euroclass-UNI en 13501-1 and complies with the Med-96/98 CE standard also known as "Timoncino" for boat paints. For Italy: the paints of the Firefighter line allow any support located in a different class to be brought to class 1 (the highest expected) before application, thus giving it a very low flame propagation capacity. The following paints are certified: V300 IGF VPKTR (gloss: 10/20/30/50/85) 2-component transparent polyurethane matt paint; the products V500-v580 (KROMAT SERIES) two-component pigmented polyurethane matt paints in white / black / yellow / red / blue, mixable. V 400 IGF VPK PARQUET and V600 (polyurethane glossy opaque for two-component parquet). V840 IGF Idrofinish Tx vari gloss (two-component transparent water-soluble opaque in various glosses). Compared to the previous one, the "Euroclass" provides for the evaluation of further parameters such as smoke emission and dripping of incandescent particles. The product V300 IGF VPK TR various glosses are recognized at the top of the Euroclass (Bs1d0 fire class): opaque 2-component transparent polyurethane and V500 from the Kromat series: opaque two-component white polyurethane. Verinlegno's Firefighter paints therefore obtain the maximum standards required both for limiting the spread of flames and for the level of smoke emission and dripping of incandescent particles. The line also includes a series of polyurethane and acrylic cycles that allow you to fulfill any type of request to paint boat interiors and which are certified according to the MED 96/98 CE "Timoncino" standard valid all over the world and for any type of boat.
L'"Euroclasse" prevede, rispetto alla precedente, la valutazione di ulteriori parametri quali emissione di fumi e gocciolamento delle particelle incandescenti. Sono riconosciute al top dell'Euroclasse (Bs1d0 fire class) il prodotto V300 IGF VPK TR vari gloss: opaco poliuretanico trasparente a 2 componenti e il V500 della serie Kromat: opaco poliuretanico bianco bicomponente. Le vernici Firefighter di Verinlegno ottengono quindi gli standard massimi previsti sia per la li-
mitazione di propagazione delle fiamme che per il livello di emissione dei fumi e del gocciolamento di particelle incandescenti. Della linea fanno parte anche una serie di cicli poliuretanici e acrilici che consentono di evadere qualsiasi tipo di richiesta per verniciare interni barca e che sono certificati secondo la normativa MED 96/98 CE "Timoncino" valida in tutto il mondo e per qualunque tipologia di imbarcazione.
