OVERVIEW The mission of South African Airways SOC Ltd (SAA) is to deliver commercially sustainable world-class air passenger and cargo aviation services within South Africa, on the African continent, and to its tourism and trading partners across the globe. OVERVIEW South African Express SOC Ltd (SA Express) is a domestic and regional, passenger and cargo carrier. SA Express has become one of the fastest-growing regional airlines in Africa. As a regional airline with route networks covering major local and regional cities, SA Express plays a significant role in the country’s hospitality, travel and tourism industry, and is a vital contributor to the country’s socio-economic development and transformation. The Airline’s head office is based at Airways Park in Johannesburg. SA Express has a growing fleet of aircraft and implements self-technical maintenance for all its fleet types at OR Tambo International Airport.
