When juiced, however, their taste can be easily balanced with other fruits and vegetables, allowing you to get a concentrated dose of their miraculous health benefits in one glass. Cranberries are nature’s solution for urinary tract infections, many of which can be completely cured simply by drinking their juice. If you are taking blood thinners, however, you should avoid drinking cranberry juice, as it can raise the blood levels of these drugs and become dangerous.

Makes 1 glass 1 cup cranberries 1 apple 2 celery ribs 1 cup spinach ½ cucumber ½ cup cilantro Process all the ingredients in a juicer and serve.
