Bubbly Morning If you’ve never soaked chia seeds before, you’re in for an exciting show. These tiny seeds absorb a lot of water, quickly plumping up with a jelly-like coating around each of them. These super bubbles will swipe out everything they stumble upon on their voyage through your gut.
Makes 1 glass 1½ cups pineapple 2 celery ribs 1 cup kale ½–1 cup nut milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds Juice the pineapple, celery, and kale. Mix the juice, nut milk, and chia seeds with a spoon. Let the chia seeds soak in this juice for 5 to 10 minutes, and serve. This is a great juice to have first thing in the morning, as the fiber in the chia will get things moving and clean you out. The nut milk will keep you full and energized for several hours.
