David Carvalhão, empreendedor, Business Angel, public speaker internacional, criou até hoje mais de duas dezenas de startups, três associações e outras tantas patentes. Gosta de projetos exóticos e difíceis de concretizar. Conversámos com o perito de inovação e tecnologias disruptivas da Agência Europeia de Investigação da Comissão Europeia e ficámos a entender que onde mais gosta de intervir é em Portugal.
