Mhod Touy Mhod Charm Mhod Touy Mhod Charm is the restaurant model inspired from myself growing up in grandmother’s small Thai restaurant and her food. With great relationship between me and her, my childhood was to dream of having my own restaurant that is able to express my grandmother’s recipe in my own way. I would like to present Thai food, mixed with trendy way, under the name of ‘Mhod Touy Mhod Charm’, meaning that too delicious to stop eating. Besides amazing cooking, I need to present these wonderful dishes cooked with fresh, good quality, organic ingredients to respond customers’ needs of taking care of their health in present. Our restaurant will use the fresh, non-toxic, and nutritious ingredients to make sure that our food will be delivered to customers’ hands freshly and in a great quality. This project aims to present Thai and Thai-fusion dishes in the form of photography. It is composed of the restaurant model and photography of variable dishes; seafood set such as Perch steak with chu-chee sauce, or meat set for customers who don’t have an appetite for seafood such as chicken steak with green curry sauce. I created this project with the still life technique, along with proper light and shadow arrangement. This project is used of studio light, which I carried it home to get the convenient in actual set and to get the best quality ingredients together. I took picture of each menu, and its composition, by using top view photography once at a time to let its uniqueness be outstanding.
