arrance Tezino is the Director of Technology Services at CenterPoint Energy. Darrance is a multi-skilled technology leader with over 18 years of experience providing competent and confident supervision and technical expertise. He has extensive knowledge designing and supporting white glove Executive/C-Suite service models, complex system engineering, hardware and software deployment, network support, RTO technical support and Distributed Antenna System design/build. His most recent passion is in helping leaders to manage their remote teams in the most effective and productive ways. Darrance was instrumental in the establishment of core process improvement geared to end user experience alongside O&M reductions to best support the business during the COVID-19 Crisis. Within his current role, Darrance has responsibilities for day-to-day management of Executive Support and Events teams, management of end user experience improvement, technology support for CNP Executives, conference room/ hybrid meeting success, phone system optimization, asset management, wireless connectivity, field support, Audio Visual systems, and Information Technology EOP improvement. Darrance serves as CenterPoint Energy’s key Director and overall coordinator for developing and implementing technologies for collaboration tools alongside working with vendors and internal IT to coordinate and obtain resources and support. Within strategic alignment, Darrance is responsible for incorporating current and emerging technologies in short and long-range plans to include technology integration, redesign or modification of 40 influencers under 40 in June 2019 systems. – Commercial Integrators Magazine, Darrance currently holds a seat on the the business handbook for technology Total Tech advisory Board influencing professionals. Before CenterPoint, technology standards across all Darrance held leadership positions at enterprise areas, Darrance speaks MCA Communications and Halliburton, regularly on technology trends, optimized as well as served as President of his own support concepts and managed service AV company.
