Mrs. Allen also founded YMDQ, Inc.(Youth Mothers Don’t Quit), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that focuses on educating teen moms on parenting, maintaining a positive outlook, obtaining high school diplomas and college degrees, and to ultimately become responsible citizens and mothers. YMDQ, Inc. is solely interested in creating an environment for teen moms that is informative, nurturing, resourceful and uplifting. In her personal life, Mrs. Allen and her husband enjoy sports and family outings with their 4 children. She currently serves schools in Houston and surrounding areas to help girls become productive citizens. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Enterprising Women Magazine. Mrs. Jackson provides leadership for the operations and infrastructure of the company. She is responsible for all operations worldwide. Under their leadership, Recruiting Source International (RSI) has grown from 3 to a little under 100 employees in less than 18 months. She is the recipient of the LSU 100 Tiger award for 2016-2017. Mrs. Jackson has close to 20 years of experience in Operations and 10 years in Executive Level Management. Prior to joining the staffing industry in 2011, Mrs. Jackson served as Operations Manager for one of Honeywell’s Chemical Plants with assets totaling $225MM. Mrs. Jackson has always had a technical career path which started as a Chemical Engineer whose career was split between Occidental (Fortune 500) and Honeywell (Fortune 100) prior to joining RSI. She had the distinction of being a Lead Plant Engineer for the construction and startup of 2 out of 3 Honeywell expansion projects in Geismar, La., which cost roughly $600MM. The on-time, under budget, and safe manner of operations led to Mrs. Jackson and her teammates being recipients of the Honeywell Quest for Excellence Award given by the CEO. She was also featured in the Honeywell Annual Report distributed to the 130,000 Honeywell employees. Mrs. Jackson is committed to a life of service and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She is a founding member of the Katy Richmond Area Service League which sponsors STEAM activities for elementary aged children. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Enterprising Women Magazine. Mrs. Jackson and her husband enjoy traveling and making memories with their 4 children.
