Amiran Kakhidze Ajara Museum (Georgia, Batumi) Emzar Kakhidze Batumi Archaeological Museum (Georgia, Batumi) Results of Recent Researches at the Pichvnari 4th Century BC Greek Necropolis Summary In 2016, a small trench measuring 20x4 meters (Sector NW-23, squares: 91-93 and 95) was excavated in the area of the 4th century Greek necropolis. Five ritual platforms and seven graves were unearthed here. Imported and local grave goods as oinochoe, squat lekythoi, pendant, rings, beads jugs, bracelet, bell, black glaze skyphos and kylix, cups, coins, etc. were discovered.
