PROFESIONALNO SAZRIJEVANJE
64 SARAJEVO FILM FESTIVAL / 121 9/08/2022 / www.sff.ba
“I would definitely recommend the Talents Sarajevo program because it helps you improve your working techniques, find new opportunities for collaborations, and make new contacts - both in our region, and also Europe. It is a great privilege to connect with your colleagues and to meet some of the most important and influential people in the film industry today. Especially, I'd like to point out the exceptional dedication of our last year's mentor, bosnian actor Ermin Bravo. In Sarajevo I met so many of my young colleagues who will remain my friends for the rest of our lives, and I believe that this is the greatest part of this whole experience”, says Serbian actor Milena Božić, the star of a TV series ‘Clan’. She is soon starting to shoot the short film by Nikola Polić and also is looking forward to another wonderful project in the future. Milena gladly remembers the last year's workshop by Story magazine - she says that she has learnes a lot there. “I learned that it is a big and important privilege for us as actors that our voices can be heared. The media are the ones who can spread important messages to the public and that's why they are so important. Openness, professionalism, respect for the people who work in the media, all that is part of the culture of public appearance. It's also very important to always stay within the ethical norms and constantly having in mind the collaboration with them”, Milena said. She added that she definitely became more mature professionaly during the last year, and that she learned to pick her projects very carefully, following the idea of a constant progress.
