Teilnehmer*innenverzeichnis / List of participants Benedikt Haerlin has run Zukunftsstiftung Landwirtschaft’s Berlin office since 2002. Its activities include farming a 2000m² world field, leading a campaign against the release of gene drive organisms and activism on agricultural policy issues at a national, European and global level. Haerlin has a special interest in the transdisciplinary transformation of our systems of agriculture and nutrition and how these are perceived. With the aid of its donors, the Zukunftsstiftung Landwirtschaft promotes educational, research and practical initiatives to strengthen and develop ecological farming that is currently faced with numerous challenges. These include the manufacture of healthy foodstuffs, species appropriate animal husbandry, the protection and preservation of natural spaces, clean water and living soils as well as the desire for social and fair employment conditions.
Klaus-Peter Der gelernte Maschinenbauingenieur Klaus-Peter Handke kennt Handke die Probleme, die eine preisgünstige Fertigung mit sich bringt – seine Expertise besteht in der Instandhaltung von Geräten. Er hat 25 Jahre Maschinen und sonstige Anlagen repariert und Konstruktionen sowie elektrische Steuerungen nach Kundenanforderungen gebaut. Seit 2014 ist Handke bei „Murks? Nein Danke!“ tätig, einem Verein, der Begegnungsorte von und für Menschen schafft, die die Kreislaufwirtschaft mitgestalten wollen, beispielsweise in Form von Repair-Cafés. Handke stellt dort Fehlerdiagnosen an elektrischen und mechanischen Geräten, um diese anschließend gemeinsam zu reparieren. Klaus-Peter Handke, a trained mechanical engineer, knows the problems involved in low-cost production – he has gained considerable expertise in the maintenance of equipment. For 25 years now, he has repaired machines and other equipment and built constructions and electrical controls according to customer requirements. Since 2014, Handke has been working for “Murks? Nein Danke!”, an association that creates meeting places by and for people who want to help shape the recycling industry, for example in repair cafés. There, Handke analyses faults in electrical and mechanical equipment and then repairs it together with the visitors.
Joschka Joschka Härdtner ist Teil des Tiny Collective, das Tiny Houses Härdtner konzipiert und kollektiv baut. Basierend auf der Frage, wie ein gemeinsames, sinnstiftendes Ziel Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft und über Zuschreibungen hinweg miteinander verbinden kann, betreibt Härdtner einen philosophischen Aktivismus, der Transformationen in der Verbindung theoretischer und praktischer Ansätze anstößt. Die künstlich gezogenen Grenzen zwischen Diskurs und Praxis oder Subjekt und Objekt der Kommunikation möchte er dadurch hinterfragen. Außerdem fordert Härdtner mehr Recycling von Baustoffen – denn auch der Öko-Dämmstoff kommt noch in Plastik verpackt.
