Martin has actively shaped his career for over 18 years, serving as a Creative Director and Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager for several beloved Australian brands. His journey includes prominent names such as the Hills Group, Xtra Kleen, AMP Global Henderson, IMB, City Coast Credit Union, Ocean Spirit Cruises, The Bride’s Diary Magazine, City Beach Function Centre, Savings Direct, Novotel, Handy Hardware, ICE Group Projects, Karpati Skin Care and Australia’s Leading Security Industry Association (ASIAL). His journey commenced with a strong foundation in fine arts, where he pursued a major in drawing and painting at TAFE NSW. This artistic grounding ignited his fervor for design and marketing, propelling him into his initial role at Wayne Larkin and Connelly Advertising, which subsequently transformed into The Visual Design Group. During his mid-30s, Martin further honed his skills, contributing his expertise to renowned agencies like George Patterson Bates and HMA Blaze. Later in his career, he delved into the development of hair care brands such as Karpati Natural Hair Care and Skincare, leveraging his experience in packaging and retail. With a wealth of experience under his belt, Martin embarked on a new venture in 2012 by launching the Savings Direct Group, which played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of marketplaces. This endeavor saw the emergence of platforms like Scoopon, Deals Direct, and Groupon, marking a significant shift in the world of e-commerce. Martin specializes in driving campaigns across various digital platforms, including web, social media, mobile, and eCommerce.
