YOACAP

YOACAP is a 501(c)(3) designated nonprofit organization, founded in 1989 dedicated to helping Philadelphia's youth and young adult population. - The agency provides low-cost computer training, free STD testing and condoms, and information about health issues and how to pursue jobs and secondary education. - Moreover, Project BUILD enrolls approximately 50 high school youth every year to engage them in after school mentoring and tutoring.
