BUSINESS LEVEL 3 Equivalent to three A Levels, this course provides the knowledge, understanding and skills for young people who want to progress to university or are looking for a career as a business decision maker.
This course is designed to appeal to students interested in a career in business and those who already have experience in the workplace. You will develop practical skills and theoretical understanding of the world of business, whilst having a chance to explore career opportunities within this broad industry. It is vocationally based and you will study units in Marketing, Law, Management, Administration, Finance and Human Resources. You will develop your knowledge and understanding of business and corporate social responsibility as well as your group work, IT and presentation skills.

Aged 16 –18 years There are no tuition or examination fees
Assessment is continuous and industry related, with assignments, tests, projects and practical work being completed throughout the year. You will help to plan, run and assess two events during your course. All full-time students are required to study maths and English at the appropriate level. Please see page 8 for more details.
