DAY 1 I BOZEMAN, MONTANA/MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS, WYOMING Arrive in Bozeman and travel to our hotel just inside Yellowstone National Park. Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel | Meals: 1D DAY 2 I MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS/ LAMAR VALLEY At Mammoth Hot Springs, stroll colorful mineral-spring terraces outlined in snow. Then head to the Lamar Valley, where gray wolves
DAYS 3–4 I GRAND CANYON OF THE YELLOWSTONE/OLD FAITHFUL Walk to the rim of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone to see its thundering waterfall and the ice arch that forms from the spray. Continue to Old Faithful to explore erupting geysers, frozen waterfalls, and gem-colored mineral pools. Keep an eye out for wildlife— bison, encrusted in ice, often stand among the pools for warmth. After dark, step outside to admire the incredible canopy of stars in one of the world's best constellation-viewing spots. Old Faithful Snow Lodge | Meals: 2B, 2L, 2D DAYS 5–6 I YELLOWSTONE/BIG SKY, MONTANA/BOZEMAN After visiting the whimsical Fountain Paint Pot, travel to Big Sky and settle into a comfortable log cabin lodge.
