As Assistant Manager on Innovation and Design Thinking, at Universidad de Los Andes, I joined the CIDER - Centre of Interdisciplinary Studies for Regional Development in
Creating the methodology for the design of the new tourism public policies for Bogotá. A project developed for Bogota’s Alcaldia Mayor (the major local government administration) with the direct participation of the Secretariat of Economic Development through the joint work between the IDT (Bogota’s district institute for tourism) and the CIDER (Centre of Interdisciplinary Studies for Regional Development) from Universidad de Los Andes. I was in charge of designing and directing the co-creation meetings and workshops on social innovation and design thinking, involving local people, businesses, government institutions, and universities. In addition, I managed the internal communications for the project and had an important role in the creation of this final document.
