ony Whitaker is founder, president and CEO of FSI Construction and Foundation Specialists, Inc. Tony is a proud graduate of Texas Southern University Jones School of Business with a degree in Business Administration marketing concentration. FSI is now celebrating its 10th year in operation and Foundation Specialists is celebrating its 14th year with offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston and San Antonio. Tony has served on the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) Board of Directors since 2005. He also serves on the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation board, HAA PAC Steering Committee and National Apartment Association alternate delegate.
