As your neighbor, I hear and share your concerns. That’s why I am running for City Council. I have learned through our conversations that you want to preserve Family-owned companies and simplify the permit and licensing process necessary to start new businesses within our community. The preservation and security of Bonney Lake’s small-town atmosphere is paramount. We need to support, fund, and ensure our law enforcement and first responders have the resources necessary to serve and protect our city. Citizens have been asking me why we cannot safely tap into our own abundant natural resources to address rising water bill costs. This issue has financially affected residents for many years. I am dedicated to finding a solution.

Elected Experience: Bonney Lake City Council 2020-2021- Focused on public safety, supporting small businesses, protecting our freedoms and supporting the community. Public Safety Committee 2020-2021- Working closely with our dedicated law enforcement officers and first responders has been a rewarding and humbling experience. Other Professional Experience: Small business owner of 22 years. Small business and entrepreneur mentor. Education: Green River College- Studying Small Business Community Service: Beautify Bonney Lake Chair 2020-2021Working together as a community, we come together by completing beautification projects throughout the city of Bonney Lake. Hope to see you all in September. Statement: My passions are family, freedom, community, and small business to name a few. These passions all collide when serving on the Bonney Lake City Council. I am proud of our councils efforts last year and in the present supporting small businesses with the “Think Small, Think Local” initiative setting aside $500,000 for struggling Bonney Lake small businesses, providing the Bonney Lake Food Bank with needed funding to provide valuable food and resources to those in need and making sure the safety of our community comes first by working closely with the Bonney Lake Police Department and East Pierce Fire and Rescue. If elected I will put public safety first and will continue to encourage ways to help our community with mental health resources and will do all I can to crack down on the growing drug problem. In addition, I support reducing our water and sewer rates. We must do better to provide clean consistent water and sewer services to the Bonney Lake community at a respectable rate. With your vote together we will make a positive impact in our community by getting back to normal and protecting our freedoms. I am motivated by what the future holds.

It is important to provide effective representation for the community by re-establishing two-way communication and reopening City Hall, so our voices are heard again. As your City Council member, I will listen to your concerns and use my vote to best benefit the citizens of Bonney Lake. I humbly ask for your vote; it would be my honor to represent you. Together, we can accomplish anything.
