Concha Gutiérrez is a counselor of the Spanish Embassy in Belgium, former Minister of the Andalucía region, and former Spanish MoP. Santiago Mendioroz is a Spanish high-ranking public official, who has worked in Europe and the Americas. Both of them are collectors of Sofía’s work.
Concha Gutiérrez es consejera de la Embajada de España en Bélgica, ex Consejera de la Junta de Andalucía, y ex Diputada del Congreso de España. Santiago Mendioroz es Técnico Ccomercial del Estado, y ha trabajado en Europa y América. Ambos son coleccionistas de la obra de Sofía.
