Uno de ellos lleva el sello del laureado chef Martín Berasategui, con 12 estrellas Michelin, accesible ahora también en clase Turista. En total, serán cuatro las propuestas de menús disponibles que abarcan diferentes estilos de cocina para adaptarse a los gustos del cliente.

In total, there will be four menu options to choose from, covering different styles of cuisine to suit the tastes of the customer.

Cada cuatro años, la localidad de Tomar, a medio camino entre Lisboa y Oporto, celebra una de las mayores y más antiguas tradiciones portuguesas: La Fiesta de los Tabuleiros. Del 1 al 10 de julio, esta población ornamenta sus calles, exhibe coloridas colchas desde sus ventanas y prepara un batallón de flores para recibir a un cortejo de cientos de mujeres que desfilan vestidas de blanco –símbolo de virginidad– con los tabuleiros en la cabeza. El ‘solpost’, la caída del sol al final del día, ha sido el hilo conductor de la nueva edición de Adlib, la pasarela icono de la moda ibicenca que nació en 1971 con los primeros ‘hippies’, y que ahora centra sus creaciones en diseños modernos, sostenibles y con personalidad.
Modelos en los que la artesanía es la protagonista. Una apuesta por tejidos y materiales de alta calidad, de diseño exclusivo y que han sido elaborados en talleres propios de Ibiza. Todo ello con el apoyo e impulso del Consell Insular d’Eivissa.
En la capital pitiusa 14 diseñadores, pertenecientes al grupo Adlib Ibiza, han presentado sus colecciones, apadrinados por la modelo Laura Sánchez. Los diseñadores participantes han sido Dolors Miró Ibiza, Elisa Pomar Ibiza, Espardenyes Torres, Estrivancus, Ibimoda, Ibiza Stones, Ivanna Mestres, K de Kose kose, Monika Maxim Ibiza, Piluca Bayarri, Tony Bonet, S72 Hat, Vintage Ibiza y Virginia Vald. Y las modelos que los han lucido han sido Paula Willems, Claudia Martín y Neus Bermejo. ENG In 1952, Arthur Miller penned one of his most award-winning plays, The Crucible. A year later, he went on to win the Pulitzer Prize and three Tony Awards for this tale of the witch trials that took place in Salem, Massachusetts, in 1692an allegory for McCarthy’s oppression of communists in the 1950s. The play is still one of the most performed in the history of 20th century theatre and has been adapted by stage directors throughout the decades. This summer, it returns to the London stage (until 2nd September), with a stellar cast led by two promising young UK-based actors: Milly Alcock (The Dragon House) and Caitlin FitzGerald (Succession, Masters of Sex). ONCE Social Group, social brand for the Spanish Presidency of the EU
Con motivo de la Presidencia Española de la UE, el Grupo Social ONCE ha creado un programa de objetivos centrado en la visibilidad a la discapacidad.
Arranca el semestre de la Presidencia Española del Consejo de la Unión Europea, una fecha señalada para el Grupo Social ONCE que, como referente social, lleva más de un año trabajando en la creación de un programa de objetivos centrado en la visibilidad y el impulso a la discapacidad y a la economía social. Lo hace de la mano del Comité Español de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad (CERMI) y ha planteado siete objetivos para una Presidencia Española de la UE de carácter social.
El primer objetivo será el arranque del Centro Europeo de Accesibilidad ‘AccesibleEU’, cuya puesta en marcha ha sido encargada por la Comisión a Fundación ONCE. Será un enorme foro de encuentro para cumplir y mejorar las normas orientadas a facilitar la ejecución del derecho de accesibilidad en toda la Unión Europea.
Otro objetivo prioritario es la Tarjeta Europea de Discapacidad, un reconocimiento igualitario de la discapacidad en todos los Estados y de igualdad de acceso, principalmente a la cultura, el ocio, el deporte o el transporte. El tercero, la implantación del voto cada vez más accesible en las elecciones europeas, impulsando las tecnologías como el uso de códigos QR.
Se solicitará además que 2024 sea declarado Año Europeo de las Mujeres y Niñas con Discapacidad y que se colabore con la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños (UE-CELAC), con la experiencia de cooperación durante 25 años de la Fundación ONCE para América Latina.
Se solicita un paquete de medidas para mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas con discapacidad en Europa, y se impulsará el modelo español de economía social.
Desde hace más de 20 años, el Grupo Social ONCE ha afianzado su alianza con las instituciones europeas, convencido de que formación, empleo y accesibilidad son las mejores vías para lograr la plena inclusión social de las personas ciegas y/o con otro tipo de discapacidad.
El papel del Grupo, como actor de la sociedad civil en materia de discapacidad, ha sido crucial en temas como el Acta Europea de Accesibilidad, la ratificación del Tratado de Marrakech en la UE, el diseño de la nueva Estrategia Europea de Discapacidad 2021-2030 o la implementación de la Convención de la ONU sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad en el ámbito comunitario. Además, el Grupo Social ONCE y el Parlamento Europeo trabajan, gracias a un convenio de colaboración firmado con la presidenta Roberta Metzola en 2022, con iniciativas que mejoran la calidad de vida de los 80 millones de ciudadanos europeos con alguna discapacidad.

To mark the Spanish Presidency of the EU, the ONCE Social Group has created a programme of objectives focusing on the visibility of disability.
The six months of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union have begun, an important date for the ONCE Social Group which, as a social benchmark, has been working for more than a year on the creation of a programme of objectives focusing on the visibility and promotion of disability and the social economy. It is doing so hand in hand with the Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities (CERMI) and has set out seven objectives for a socially oriented Spanish Presidency of the EU.
The first objective will be the launch of the European Accessibility Centre ‘AccessibleEU’, whose implementation has been mandated to the ONCE Foundation by the Commission. It will be a huge forum for meeting and improving standards to facilitate the implementation of accessibility law throughout the European Union.
Another key objective is the European Disability Card, equal recognition of disability in all Member States and equal access, especially to culture, leisure, sport and transport. The third is the introduction of increasingly accessible voting in European elections, promoting technology such as the use of QR codes.
It will also call for 2024 to be declared the European Year of Women and Girls with Disabilities and for collaboration with the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (EU-CELAC), taking into account the ONCE Foundation’s 25 years of experience cooperating with Latin America.
A package of measures to improve the employability of people with disabilities in Europe is called for, while the Spanish social economy model will be promoted.For more than 20 years, the ONCE Social Group has strengthened its alliance with European institutions, convinced that training, employment and accessibility are the best ways to achieve the full social inclusion of blind people and/or people with other types of disability.
The role of the Group, as a civil society player in the field of disability, has been crucial in issues such as the European Accessibility Act, the ratification of the Marrakesh Treaty in the EU, the design of the new European Disability Strategy 2021-2030, and the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at EU level. En los hoteles busca espacios que le ayuden a concentrarse para trabajar y de los que, casi, no necesite ni salir: “Lo que pido es silencio para desconectar, comodidad, amabilidad, limpieza y, algo muy importante, un sentir hogareño”.

She acknowledges that she’s a creatively restless person, wanting to know more about the human condition, feelings, and the body’s response to different emotions, as reflected in her latest works of art, with fabric, threads and needles all working together to achieve this. In hotels, she looks for spaces to help her concentrate on her work: “What I ask for is silence to disconnect, comfort, friendliness, cleanliness and homeliness”.

Last year, the product club of Fomento del Turismo de la Isla de Ibiza, (Ibiza Tourism Promotion) Eating in Ibiza, presented their charity culinary event for the first time.
Nine renowned chefs pooled their talents in the kitchens of the STK Ibiza restaurant to create a high-level fine dining experience.
After the success of the first event, Eating in Ibiza has announced that on Saturday 7th October you can once again enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience, as well as help support a charitable cause.

La isla es muy rica en cultura culinaria, en productos y en ingredientes magníficos. Y la incorporación de la algarroba a la cocina es un buen ejemplo.
¿Cuál es su ingrediente principal?
La almendra de Mallorca. Es muy versátil e interesante. Te permite hacer infinidad de cremas, mouses, pastas, pralinés, helados, bizcochos, bebidas, etc.
¿Cuáles son las elaboraciones principales de su obrador?
Nuestros básicos son el croissant (lisos y rellenos) y el negret, un postre de galleta de almendra y avellana con chocolate, AOVE, bizcocho y mousse de chocolate.

ENG The story of Lluís Pérez (Mallorca, 1987) is that of a cook with a passion. After studying to be a chef at the Balearic Islands Hotel and Catering School and working in restaurants such as London’s Nobu or alongside Oriol Balaguer, in 2015, he decided that the time had come to fly solo and opened the patisserie that bears his name.
Are you more sweet or savoury?
Sweet, every time. When I’m in the kitchen, messing around with ingredients and managing not to think about anything else, something sweet always happens.
You say your inspiration is Mallorca. How can you bring the island’s flavours up to date?
The island is extremely rich in its culinary culture, produce and magnificent ingredients. And the introduction of carob into the cuisine is a good example.
What is your number one ingredient?
The Mallorca almond. It’s extremely versatile and so interesting. You can use it to make an infinite number of creams, mousses, pastes, pralines, ice creams, sponge cakes, drinks, etc.
What are the main creations from your bakery?
Our staples are the croissant (plain and filled) and the negret, a dessert made with almond and hazelnut biscuit with chocolate, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sponge cake and chocolate mousse.
Which snack can make a flight sweeter?
A croissant, without a doubt.

Es frecuente tener que mirar un mapa para verificar que, efectivamente, Bélgica tiene costa. Apenas 68 kilómetros de litoral bañado por el Mar del Norte que esconde gratas sorpresas. Playas de fina arena, senderos para explorar a pie o en bicicleta, arquitectura art nouveau y una naturaleza amable se encadenan entre la contigua Normandía, al oeste, y la región de Zelanda, en los vecinos Países Bajos. Sí, es cierto:
también hay altos edificios de hormigón en primera línea del litoral flamenco. Pero ninguno hace sombra al encanto apacible de esta breve ribera. Como suele ocurrir con los grandes desconocidos de cualquier geografía, la costa de Bélgica es… como nunca la habíamos imaginado.
El río Yser forma en su desembocadura amplias praderas saladas que pueblan de biodiversidad los aledaños de Nieuwpoort. La reserva natural de IJzermonding es un paraje idílico para recorrer hasta el faro. Hay veredas y pasarelas de madera que atraviesan las dunas sin perturbar la paz de estas marismas con una variopinta fauna de humedal. Al caer la noche, de vuelta al casco medieval de Nieuwpoort, el muelle brinda una fotogénica panorámica del puerto.

ENG You may have to check the map to see that Belgium does indeed have a coastline - a mere 68 kilometres of coastline lapped by the North Sea that hide some welcome surprises. Fine sandy beaches, trails to explore on foot or by bike, Art Nouveau architecture and pleasant countryside are interwoven between neighbouring Normandy to the west and the Zeeland region in the neighbouring Netherlands. Yes, it’s true: there are also tall concrete buildings on the Flemish coastline, but none of them overshadow the peaceful charm of this short stretch of waterfront. As is often the case with the great unknowns of any landscape, Belgium’s coastline is... as we’d never imagined it to be.
At the mouth of the river Yser, wide salt marshes are formed, providing Nieuwpoort’s surroundings with a rich biodiversity. The IJzermonding nature reserve is an idyllic place to explore all the way to the lighthouse. Wooden paths and walkways cross the dunes without disturbing the peace of the marshes with their diverse wetland fauna. After dark, back in the medieval town of Nieuwpoort, the quay commands a photogenic, panoramic view of the port.
There are those who enjoy the seaside but with the hustle and bustle of a city. If that’s the case, they should visit Ostend, a stone’s throw from its large urban beach –a windsurfers’ delight – with an atmosphere on the promenade that buzzes round the clock. When the tide comes in, the waves almost caress the glass façade of the Casino-Kursaal, a sober, Rationalist–style building with a programme of musical events.
Blankenberge has everything you would expect from a carefree, dolce far niente holiday: restaurants, amusements, beach bars and a family-friendly seaside. It’s well worth wandering through the streets of this small town, discovering postcard-perfect belle époque spots. La Jetée, a long quay on the North Sea, boasts sunsets that will linger long in your mind, while you treat yourself to some moules-frites, the local speciality.

La compañía ha habilitado más de 8,5 millones de asientos en una flota unificada en torno a los modelos Boeing 787 Dreamliner y Boeing 737-800, con los que cubrirá más rutas y un aumento de frecuencias. La cifra supera en casi un millón las plazas disponibles en el mismo periodo de 2022.
Las rutas a Europa y los vuelos de largo radio vuelven a ser los que concentran el mayor número de asientos, con más de 2,4 millones y 2 millones de unidades, respectivamente. Cabe destacar también el importante incremento de la oferta en el ámbito doméstico, donde se han habilitado más de 1,6 millones de plazas.

Air Europa is approaching this summer with a significant increase in the number of seats on offer compared to last year’s summer season. En el caso de Air Europa, el vuelo operado se organizó para que tanto las operaciones en tierra como en el aire fueran lo más eficientes posibles. Entre las medidas más importantes adoptadas, destacó el uso de SAF (combustible sostenible para la aviación), producido por Repsol a partir de materiales renovables, como residuos orgánicos no alimentarios, promoviendo así la máxima circularidad y sostenibilidad. Asimismo, en las maniobras en tierra se emplearon vehículos eléctricos para la carga, arrastre y remolque del aparato.
La aerolínea eligió la ruta más adecuada para minimizar el consumo de combustible; se optó por productos frescos de proximidad en la propuesta gastronómica y se utilizaron recipientes, vasos y cubiertos biodegradables. Redujo también el uso del papel al potenciar el check-in online y facilitar los menús a bordo en papel reciclado. La aerolínea aplicó igualmente criterios paritarios para configurar la tripulación para garantizar un equilibrio igualitario.
The airline, which has for years been implementing specific initiatives and projects aimed at reducing its impact on the environment, increasing efficiency and achieving better social balance, recently made some of these initiatives more visible.
