The Illuminati had a hand in the creation of Communism through their afilliate Karl Marx, and were behind the communist Russian Revolution in 1917. The Illuminati were involved with Marx because he was an alleged 33rd degree Freemason. The tenets of Communism are virtually identical to the philosophy espoused by the Illuminati to take over the world. This is also why May 1, which is both the highly important occult holiday of Beltane and the anniversary of the “birthday” of the Illuminati, is celebrated in Russia in relation to the start of Communism. Today, 1/3 of the entire world lives under atheistic Marxist Communist rule.
