HOSPITALITY & CATERING The hospitality and catering department is always a hive of activity with students preparing and serving delicious food in the College’s industry-standard training kitchens and restaurant ‘The Cider Orchard Restaurant’. Under the expert guidance of passionate chefs and front of house tutors, all with plenty of industry experience, students thrive and get involved in all sorts of activities throughout the year. Students also take part in work placements which offer a great insight into the industry.
