Han van der Pool

Drs. J.P. (Han) van der Pool received his Masters Psychology at the University of Amsterdam (1981) and received further education in international business at INSEAD, France and IMD, Switzerland. He is Member of the editorial board of the Dutch Magazine for Management Development . Within the HRD field, Han has worked in a variety of business functions including: senior-trainer at a large Dutch Public Health company (Nationale Kruisvereniging), and as a Management Consultant at KSG-Berenschot. In 1992 he became Director Human Resource Development at Royal Ahold, and later has continued his career as Learning Consultant at Heineken International and Management Development Manager at the TNT corporate office. Currently his is Partner at Van der Pool Consultancy He coaches and develops managers, leaders and talent of a myriad of disciplines in both western and non western cultures (Americas, Far East, Central Asia, Central Europe and Africa)
