A Cup of Tea and Other Things

ast year I went to London with my schoolmates and teachers. On the first day my roommate and I got up very early because we wanted to see the Harry Potter shop. When we went there, we took a cool photo “crossing” at the wall that leads to Hogwarts. Later, all the group visited the famous Buckingham Palace, but the Queen wasn’t there. After that, we went for a walk in Hyde Park and saw squirrels and other animals like the “stars” of the park: the pelicans. We were at Westminster and went sightseeing. In the afternoon, we went along Covent Garden to go to the Winston Churchill bunker. It was very interesting. I loved learning something new about World War II. Then, I met my friend Ana, who was living in London at that time. I was able to taste typical English tea, which was delicious. We couldn’t go to the famous London Eye. Next time, I hope. Back again with the group, we ate a very cheap pizza for dinner. On Sunday we were in a great market: Camden Town, where I bought a super cool T-shirt that love. We went on a boat from Camden Town to Little Venice. It was fun. In Little Venice people live on boats. In the afternoon, we went to see the Tower Bridge. After that we visited China Town and there we had Chinese food, but didn’t like it too much. Thanks to Charo and Kerry for an amazing trip to London. I hope to go back again someday.
