Ingredients
Salmon
and Asian Slaw Salad
1 lb. salmon filet 2 lb. head Napa cabbage 1 bunch green onions 1 pkg. ramen noodles 1 pkg. slivered or sliced almonds 3 Tbsp. butter salt and pepper
Sweet & Sour Dressing ½ cup canola oil ½ cup sugar ¼ cup apple cider vinegar salt and pepper
Directions 1. Place all sweet and sour dressing ingredients in Quick Shake Container. Replace seal and shake until well combined. Set aside. 2. Steam salmon for 10 minutes in SmartSteamer until opaque. 3. Thinly chop cabbage and slice green onions and place in a large bowl. 4. Heat butter in a Chef Series II fry Pan over medium heat. 5. Crush noodles and add with almonds to melted butter. Cook until golden brown. 6. Drain well and set aside. 7. Just before serving, add noodles and almonds to cabbage and toss with dressing. 8. Top with steamed salmon.
