Creamy Avocado Dip
¼ cup cilantro 1 ripe avocado, pitted ½ lime, juiced 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1 tsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend ¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt
Directions 1. Place cilantro and avocado in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment. Cover and pull cord 3–4 times to chop. 2. Remove blade attachment and replace with paddle whisk attachment. 3. Add remaining ingredients to SuperSonic Chopper Extra, cover and pull cord to blend until smooth.
