Aji Amarillo paste, optional ½ small lime, juiced 2 garlic cloves, pressed ¼ cup grated cotija or parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp. white vinegar ¼ tsp. salt ½ cup mayonnaise Directions 1. In the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with the blade attachment, add all ingredients. Cover and pull cord until your desired consistency is reached.
