Cake 1 pkg. Lemon Cake Mix 1 (3.4 oz.) package instant lemon pudding and pie filling 3 large eggs ¾ cup water ⅓ cup vegetable oil
Lemon Delight Whipped Cream Tbsp. lemon curd Zest of 1 lemon 1 cup heavy cream
Directions 1. In the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with paddle whisk attachment, add cake mix and pudding mix, add eggs and oil, to cake mix, cover and pull cord until combined and pour mixture into a greased 3-Qt. Stack Cooker Casserole with Cone. 2. Microwave at 70% power 10–12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. 3. Invert cake onto the cake taker and frost when cooled. 4. Combine whipped cream ingredients in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Using SuperSonic Chopper Extra Whip Accessory, turn handle until stiff peaks form.
