Mango Salsa
½ red onion, peeled and quartered 1 clove garlic, peeled and quartered 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped, or 2 cups frozen chunks, thawed ½ Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend 2 limes, juiced ¼ cup cilantro leaves (optional) 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and quartered (optional)
Directions 1. Place onion and garlic in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment. Cover and pull cord until ingredients are combined. 2. Add remaining ingredients; cover and chop until mango is desired consistency.
