Gastronomy is an Italian heritage that re ects the culture and biodiversity of our country. An asset to be preserved and promoted, but without considering it unchanging: traditions must evolve while retaining their original value.

My journey with the Reale began with the classic Abruzzo recipes, which I tried to modernise to make the most of the raw materials. I developed new techniques that led me to an innovative cuisine, based on intense research, but still, one integral to our territory. An expression of authentic but contemporary Italian character, where simplicity and substance nd their true value.

Il work in progress, che trova conferma anche nel design dell etiche a modi cato man mano dal “Valp” del 2006 al “Valpolicella” del 2018, ha richiesto un impegnativo percorso di perfezionamento dei singoli elementi ma ha dato vita a un capolavoro.

“Non è un vino di muscolo, impenetrabile nel colore ma elegante, armonico, di beva semplice, sopra u o de nito in ogni singolo particolare, leggibile con lo stesso piacere che può dare la pagina di un buon libro”.
