California Panini
Ingredients Tangy Mayo Garlic Spread ½ cup mayonnaise 4 dashes hot sauce ¼ tsp. southwest chipotle seasoning 1 garlic clove, peeled
½ cup goat cheese, room temperature 6 thick slices turkey breast ½ avocado, sliced thin ½ cup shredded kale
4 (1-inch thick) slices Italian or sourdough bread
Directions 1. In the SuperSonic Chopper Compact, add mayonnaise, hot sauce, seasoning blend and garlic. Add kosher salt and pepper to taste. 2. Spread mayonnaise mixture on all four slices of bread using Sandwich Spreader; set aside. 3. Place one slice of bread in the MicroPro Grill. Spread half of the cheese on bread; top with half of the turkey, avocado and kale. Place a slice of bread on top of kale. Repeat with remaining ingredients. 4. Place MicroPro Grill cover on top of bread in GRILL position; microwave on high power 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, flip sandwich, replace cover and microwave on high power 1 minute more. Repeat with second sandwich. Serve warm.
