Vista is a free bilingual regional newspaper. It is the largest and the oldest of the community newspapers in the Volksblad Group. Vista was established in 1971. Vista is published every Thursday, and distributes 39 000 copies weekly to Welkom, Bronville, Thabong, Virginia, Meloding, Odendaalsrus, Kutlwanong, Riebeeckstad, Allanridge, Hennenman, Theunissen and Ventersburg. The newspaper averages between 40 and 64 pages per edition, sometimes producing up to 72 pages at month end.
