Caramel Nut Monkey Bread
½ stick butter 4 Tbsp. Karo syrup 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup pecan pieces 1 (10 oz.) can of biscuits (Texas biscuits work the best)
Directions 1. Place butter in 1 Qt. Micro Pitcher and microwave on high power 45-60 seconds or until melted. Pour into Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole with Cone. 2. Pour Karo syrup, pecans and ½ cup brown sugar over butter. 3. Cut each individual section of biscuit dough into quarters. 4. Combine ½ cup brown sugar and biscuit dough in medium bowl and toss to coat, ensuring all biscuits are thoroughly coated. Pour biscuits into Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole. 5. Microwave on high power 6 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before turning out onto serving dish.
