12 oz. fresh cranberries ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup orange juice 1 tsp. grated orange rind
Directions 1. Place cranberries, sugar, orange juice and orange rind in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 7-11 minutes, until cranberries pop and sauce has thickened. 3. Let stand, covered until cool. 4. Transfer to serving bowl and chill for 3-4 hours.
