Decadent Chocolate Cherry Cake
1 (15.25 oz.) devil’s food cake mix 2 eggs 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1 tsp. almond extract Glaze ⅓ cup heavy cream ½ Tbsp. cocoa powder 1½ Tbsp. granulated sugar ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips Directions 1. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, cherry pie filling, and almond extract. 2. Spray Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole and Cone with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in batter. 3. Microwave at 70% for 15 minutes. Remove from microwave. 4. Place all ingredients for glaze in 2 Cup Micro Pitcher and microwave 1 minute. Stir and set aside. 5. Allow cake to cool completely. Remove cake to a platter before pouring glaze over cake.
